I just assembled the rack today, so not much use yet. But it seems very well built and was pretty easy to assemble. There were only two assembly issues. First, one of the casters had a bad leading edge to the threads so the nut would not go on. A bit of filing fixed that issue. For the rack arms, about 25% of them had a burr where the slot was cut to lock them in place that kept them from fitting properly. Again, a little filing to smooth the burr made them go in easily. My goal was to have more mobile drying racks that adapt to different jobs (cabinets, trim, etc). These should fulfill that need nicely.
just wanted to say thank you for fast shipment and the product is what we needed and was as described
Great addition to our finishing area. First photo shows three homemade racks. Second photos shows the more compact and capable PDRex holding the same doors in about a quarter the floorspace. Finishing guys have already requested more PDRex racks.
