We ship through UPS so transit times are unfortunately out of our control.
The following information is based on the current global situation and may be updated at any time.

***Please carefully inspect your shipment and note any damage or shortage on ALL copies of the delivery documents BEFORE signing and returning to the driver. Replacement claims for damaged or missing items will not be honored if the carrier's copy is not noted.***

US Shipping

Currently, UPS Ground orders take between 1-2 business days to be processed and leave our warehouse.

LTL Freight orders take between 2-5 business days to be processed and leave our warehouse. LTL shipment transit times take, on average, up to 8-14 days.

Not all domestic addresses are eligible for flat-rate shipping. We will contact you by phone and/or email if additional shipping fees are necessary.

Upon receiving your shipping confirmation, please allow up to 48 hours to view movement on your tracking number.

International Shipping

If you reside outside of the UK, UK or Canada and should wish to place an order, we are happy to facilitate; however, the customer must assume the liability of any import VAT fees and become the importer of record. Should you choose to accept that liability, PaintLine is not responsible for any additional delivery time and unexpected charges that may occur.
