Please refer to our return instructions on this page in regards to your order. We will
work to resolve your issue as quickly as possible and appreciate your cooperation.

Damaged Parts



If you received damage parts, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Identify which part is damaged. Please refer to the Instructions
sheet that comes with your order to help identify the part.

Step 2: Take a photo of the damaged part.

Step 3: Email Rebecca@thePaintLine.com with your issue. Please
include the following information in your email:

- Your name
- Your order number
- The damaged part name
- The damaged part number
- One or more photos of the damaged part
(Please send photos as attachments. Do not embed in the body of the email)

Missing Parts



If you are missing parts from your order, please follow these steps:

Step 1:
Identify which part is missing. Please refer to the Instructions
sheet that comes with your order to help identify the part.

Step 2: Email Rebecca@thePaintLine.com with your issue. Please
include the following information in your email:

- Your name
- Your order number
- The missing part name
- The missing part number

Please note that the ProDryingRack (RR3KD) is shipped in 2 separate boxes.
The ProDryingRack SD (PSDR) is shipped in 3 separate boxes. The boxes will
have different tracking numbers and may arrive at different times.

Returns


If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, you may
return it within 60 days to receive a refund to your original payment method.

The package MUST be unused and in its original packing. No exceptions.

Any returns after 60 may be eligible for up to a 20% restocking fee.
