This 50-Shelf Cabinet Door Drying Rack is our flagship rack and a true workhorse in any shop or job site. Each shelf holds up to 25 lbs and can be rolled to the next production station or out of your way, even when fully loaded. You don’t need to pull or place parts in any specific sequence because the PDRKD is designed to let you work exactly how you want to: grab parts from the top, bottom or middle.
The ProDryingRack (PDRKD) is also a great space saver, providing 200 sq ft of drying surface area in a 6 ½ sq ft foot print. Easily assembles and knocks down with just 4 bolts. All steel construction with powder coated finish ensures years of service.

The Pro drying rack is well constructed. Assembled in 10 min. I was really pleased with the small amount of space needed for the rack. (Well worth the money)!! It is a must have for all your cabinet painting needs!!

All PSDR Series racks now include the new PSDR Spinner, which replaces the wooden dowels. This metal spinner makes for an even faster setup with less parts to pack up. Set it up exactly as you would with the regular PSDR spinner system, minus the wooden dowels.
The PSDR Series is an integrated system that uses cabinet door hangers for painting. It's designed to paint and dry cabinet doors in a vertical orientation with the least amount of effort and space. Cabinet door hangers are used for spraying all sides in one step.
Hang doors by common cup-hooks or use our EFC Hinge Hooks for completely unmarred surface results. The doors then hang on the spinner assembly which is designed to give the painter complete control of the hanging part. Heavy-duty metal hangers eliminate the annoying and costly failure of wooden clothes hangers. 18 feet of drying line allows tight spacing of 50 drying doors since the custom hanger hook radius matches the drying pole, preventing parts from spinning.
The PSDR Is designed for foolproof assembly in less than 10 minutes without tools. Tear down is just as fast into ballistic nylon bags for convenient storage and easy transport to the next job site.
So no more wooden clothes hangers on PVC pipe for spraying, or extension ladders between step ladders for drying. The PSDR Series is a must for the commercial painter who values speed and efficiency in their paint process.

Concept is spot on and with euro hinged cabinets, our completion time should be reduced by +/- 40%. Less time will be saved with surface hinged cabinets… One rather large concern lies in the stability of the upright poles and bases. Simply said, you must be exceptionally careful when hanging and walking around as the small footprints of the bases makes it very easy to topple over the entire drying rack. Same issue applies to the spraying rack but we addressed this by installing the rotating crossmember directly within our spray booth (we eliminated the upright poles and bases). If this system was redesigned with larger base footprints then it might be worth 5 stars. We may have to fill sandbags and lay them across each base to improve drying rack stability. This or drill core holes within our concrete floor. Aside from that the wave hangers and euro clips are well designed!
Great feedback Rick. The size of the base is mostly a compromise to make it a portable system that you can take to a jobsite easily. Perhaps we should offer a more industrial size as an option for the shop.

Can i say this sytem changed my life?... well im going to say it. Absolutely amazing being able to spray both sides has increased my productivity and finish quality, no more flipping doors over and worrying about leaving marks on the previously sprayed side. I can't wait to post pics of the finished product.
Oh and i love anything that comes with a bag for easy transport!

Our robust and expandable ProDryingRack EX (PDREX) stretches from 20” to almost 60” in width for the larger pieces of your project. Fifteen levels hold up to 60 lbs each. Round, 1” diameter, removable tubes of 30” lock into place with just a turn (no tools). If you need more than the 3” of usable space between the levels, just remove “levels” until you have the room you need.
Clamp levers in the back easily allow the user to expand and contract the rack before loading. With a high-quality, all-metal build, including fully gusseted support, reinforced bottom plate construction and powder coated finish, the ProDryingRack EX is a versatile addition for any cabinet or woodworking shop.

Had 700 sq ft of t and g walnut to spray and I was able to get 95 boards onto the rack. Held up wonderfully!

The ProDryingRack EX Plus Series is a heavy duty rack that can be configured with either three or four towers, each with 15 removable shelves, providing up to 180” of horizontal rack space on each level. The PDREX Plus uses the two-towered, expandable PDREX as the base rack configuration for the series. Each tower includes heavy duty, 5” locking casters and anti-torque stabilizers for rolling the entire rack to the desired shop area.
